During December on 2nd day of Pooh a one day annual Urs is celebrated at the premises of the shrine of the muslim Saint Pir Fazal Shah at Gundi village in Surankote.
Thousands of people from far and near villages gather at this place on Urs with traditional beating of drums and celebrate it.

Located in the village of Sakhi Maidan, it is just five kilometers from Mendhar town near the Line of Control with PoK. Every year a large number of devotees visit the Ziarat Chhotay Sahib on the occasion of Urs that is celebrated for three consecutive days.
The place contains the Ziarat of the great Muslim Saint, Sakhi Peer Chhota Shah a prominant Sufi. The place has a holy feel and people from the religions of the area— Muslim, Hindus as well as Sikhs, come to pay a visit to the Sakhi Peer.

The life history of Hazrat Pir Baba Budhla Shah is not written in the history of any book which contained the life history or biography of Auliyas. According to the aged men and women that the good name of Pir Budhla Shah is Sayed Ali Shah and his nick name is Budhla Shah and he is much famous with his nicked name.

The Pir Hazrat Sayed Ali Shah Budhla as accordingly the aged men and women came from where neither one can tell or say nor anybody know about his actul place from where he came to the Indian State Jammu and Kashmir. But some educated old age people of village Kalaban of Tehsil Mendhar of District Poonch said that this friend of Allah came in Kashmir from an unknown country and trevelled to the Tehsil Mendhar. Dhramshal was the old name of this tehsil. They told that they have gotten the knowledge about the Pir Budhla Shah by their parents.They said that their parents informed them that this Pir Budhla Shah came round about the 16th to 17th century at J&K in India and he reached at Kalaban village. Where the Pir Budhla Shah stayed ,the name of this place or Mohalla is Kote-Qasba. They said that he stayed there for a long time and spreaded away the message of Islam and a large number of non muslim converted into Islam and adopted the Muhammadan Religon the Islam. They said that when he courtained down from this temprary and unreal world his final resting place is digged there at 'Khangah Shareef'.

The aged locals of this mohalla said that whenever unfortunately the weather became dry and the people face drought like situation then the locals of this Mohallah's people faced acute water shortage.They said like this type of situation people of there cooked a Langir and distributed it among the people after the completing of Dua the rain can be seen soon well. So he is very much known with his nick name.

حضرت پیر بودلہ شاہؒ کی سوانح عمری کسی تاریخ کی کتاب میں درج نہیں ملتی۔بس جو مقامی پڑھے لکھے حضرات سے سینہ بسینہ روایت معلوم ہوتی ہے وہ کچھ یوں ہے: حضرت پیر بودلہ شاہ کا اصلی نام سیّد علی شاہ ہے جبکہ ان کی کنیت بودلہ ہے۔

یہاں کے مقامی لوگوں کے مطابق اس زیارت پر جب لوگ خشک سالی کے قہر کو محسوس کرتے تھے تو ان کے دربار پر آکر بادل برسنے کی دعإ مانگتے تو بارگاہِ خدا وند سے فراً رحمت والی بارش ہونے لگتی۔بس اسی وجہ سے ان کا نام بودلہ شاہ مشہور ہوگیا۔

یہ ولی کس ملک سے ہندوستان کی ریاست جموں و کشمیر میں تشریف لاۓ اس کا علم کسی کو نہیں لیکن جو سینہ بسینہ روایات ملتی ہے وہ اس طرح ہے کہ یہ پیر صاحب کشمیر سے تحصیل مینڈھر میں تشریف لاۓ۔پھر یہاں سے اسی تحصیل کے گاٶں کالابن میں وارد ہوۓ۔اور اس گاٶں کے ایک خوبصورت محّلہ کوٹ قصبہ [موڑہ] کو اپنا تکیہ نشین بنایا۔

This friend of the Almighty, Allah was came from Multan, Pakistan to India's Jammu and Kashmir. And later on he traveled to Poonch district of the state Jammu and Kashmir in 16th Century BC.

The old human sources told that he came to the frontier Tehsil Mendhar via Shopian to Poonch. According to them that after that he was visited the village of Kalaban and stayed at Chatri till to his last breath and then curtained down from this unreal world.

The construction work is started on January 14, 2024 as per English Cleander. The Desi Date of Maa'n is 1st and as per the Arabic Cleander it is 2 Rajab Ul Murajjab. The wark is started under the Supervision of Pir Hazrat Sayed Mahar Ali Shah Sakar of Kalaban Danna.
Further it is supervised by Sardar Liaquat Ali Khan , who is a famous Political personality of the Pir Panjal region He is very much devotee of Auliya E Kram. Mohd Rafi Khan, is also the founder member of the community. And the writer of this article, Rameez Raja Sustani is also founder member of the Committee of Ziarat ,Baba Nau Gazia Sarkar.

حضرت پیر نو گزیہ سرکار اللہ کے ایک مشہور ولی ہیں۔ ان کی اصل تاریخ کے بارے میں تاریخ کی کتاب جس میں اولیا کی تاریخ موجود ہے اس میں مرسوم نہیں ملتی ۔ لیکن معتبر ذرائع کے مطابق جو پیر نو گززیہ سرکار کی زندگی کی داستان بیان کرتے ہیں وہ یہ ہے: اللہ تعالی کا یہ کامل ولی ، پاکستان کے ملتان شہر سے ہندوستان کے جموں و کشمیر میں تشریف لاۓ تھے۔ اور بعد میں انھوں نے 16 ویں صدی قبل مسیح میں ریاست جموں و کشمیر کے ضلع پونچھ کا سفر طے کیا۔

معتبر اور عمر رسیدہ حضرات نے بتایا کہ وہ شوپیان کے راستے ہوتے ہوۓ پونچھ کی تحصیل میندھر کی حدود میں داخل ہوۓ تھے۔ ان کے بقول اس کے بعد انھوں نے مینڈھر کے کلابن گاؤں میں قیام کیا۔ اور چتری میں اپنی آخری سانس تک ٹھہرے رہے اور پھر اس غیر حقیقی دنیا سے وصال فرما گئے۔

محلہ برہان / چتری کے گاؤں کلابن کے کچھ عمر رسیدہ مردوں اور خواتین کے مطابق ، پیر کا نام محمد شاہ کہلوترا تھا لیکن وہ اپنے عرفی نام ، نو گزیہ سرکار کے نام مشہور تھے۔

مذکورہ ذرائع کے مطابق جنہوں سینہ بسینہ یہ رویت بیان کی ہے کہ وہ 9 گز قدوقامت رکھتے تھے ۔ قابلِ اعتبار معزز ترین بزرگ ملی خان کلوترا راجپوت کے نکڑ دادا تھے۔ اور مرحوم نے روایت کیا ہے کہ وہ ہوا میں نوگز بلندی تک اچھل سکتے تھے اور ہاتھ میں نو گز لمبا عاصا بھی رکھتے تھے۔ ان کے متعلق یہ قول بھی مشہور ہے کہ یہ راجا رستم خان پونچھ کے صلاح کار بھی تھے۔

کہلوترا راجپوت انھیں اپنا مذہبی اور روحانی رہنما مانتے ہیں۔ کیوں کہ پیر محمد شاہ بھی اسی قبیلا سے تعلق رکھتے تھے۔ ان کا یہ بھی ماننا تھا کہ وہ حضرت پیر غلام علی شاہ بادشاہ رحمتہ اللہ علیہ کے پہلے روحانی شاگرد تھے۔
